2. When departing from Japan and going to China via or transiting a third country (region)

The first test should be conducted at a testing agency designated by the Chinese Embassy/Consulate General in Japan, and within 2 days before boarding, please complete the sample collection and test and obtain a double negative certificate in the specified format.
