The Japanese Society for Regenerative Medicine
This clinic is a medical institution joining the Japanese Society for Regenerative Medicine Association Health Damage Compensation System.
“The Act on Securing of Safety of Regenerative Medicine, etc. (November 27, 2015, Act No. 85)” was enacted to promote the rapid and safe provision of regenerative medicine and the promotion of dissemination, thereby contributing to the improvement of medical quality and health and sanitation.
In response to this, as The Japanese Society for Regenerative Medicine, to smoothly promote the treatment of regenerative medicine etc. in Japan, as a voluntary effort, we decided on guidance concerning compensation for health damage to people who provide cells for regenerative medicine treatment and receive regenerative medicine treatment.
We have an after-follow system before and after treatment.
After completing the treatment, we will provide a blank treatment assessment (Annex).
In order to understand the customer experience, our staff can contact the customer and reserve another treatment suggestion and re-examination date, depending on the assessment and treatment to track customer feedback.
About emergency response
According to statistical figures of stem cell administration side effects until now, intravenous administration of stem cells cannot rapidly change directly or indirectly. If there is a sudden change after administration, first settle the patient and contact the hospital after consulting the local medical institution. Basically, stem cell therapy is a treatment that is “unlikely to cause abnormalities”, but if a sudden change should happen, our clinic specialized medical team responds as soon as possible when we receive the following information.
