The Japanese Society for Regenerative Medicine

Our hospital is a member of the Japanese Society for Regenerative Medicine's Health Damage Compensation System.
The Act on Ensuring the Safety of Regenerative Medicine (Act No. 85 of November 27, 2013) was enacted with the aim of promoting the prompt and safe provision and dissemination of regenerative medicine, thereby contributing to the improvement of medical quality and public health. In response to this, the Japanese Society for Regenerative Medicine, a general incorporated association, has implemented a voluntary compensation system to provide compensation for health damage to those who provide cells used in regenerative medicine treatments and those who receive regenerative medicine treatments, in order to smoothly promote regenerative medicine treatments in Japan in the future.

We have an after-follow system before and after treatment.

We have a comprehensive follow-up system for both pre- and post-treatment.
After treatment, we provide a blank treatment evaluation (attached document). Our staff will contact you based on the evaluation and treatment to track your feedback and understand your experience, and can further suggest treatments and schedule follow-up appointments.

About emergency response

According to statistical figures of stem cell administration side effects until now, intravenous administration of stem cells cannot rapidly change directly or indirectly. If there is a sudden change after administration, first settle the patient and contact the hospital after consulting the local medical institution. Basically, stem cell therapy is a treatment that is “unlikely to cause abnormalities”, but if a sudden change should happen, our clinic specialized medical team responds as soon as possible when we receive the following information.
