About medical advertising guidelines

Compliance with medical advertising guidelines

Sando Helene Clinic creates and operates a website that complies with the "Medical Advertisement Guidelines" enforced and revised by the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare in June 2018.

What are medical advertising guidelines?

This is a guideline for advertising of medical institutions set by the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare.
These guidelines are aimed at communicating accurate and objective information.

Do not attract customers by discount campaigns, etc.

We will not attract customers with extreme discounts that impair the judgment of patients. The patient must be completely satisfied and understand the procedure before undergoing the procedure.

Clarify major side effects and risks

Not only the benefits of the treatment, but also the side effects and risks associated with it are described so that the patient can fully consider it. Even in counseling, doctors provide detailed explanations.

Do not process case photos

We do not use processed photos that could mislead the treatment effect.

Clarify the course of treatment

In order for the patient to fully understand the process of treatment, the flow up to the completion of the treatment is described on the following page. Even during counseling, we will carefully explain until the patient understands.
