Q: Do I need to be hospitalized?
A: No. It is not necessary.
Stem cells will be collected during your first visit. They will be administered during your second visit. However, a four-week cell culture period is required between the collection of stem cells and administration.
Q: How painful is the treatment?
A: Skin sampling can be done under local anesthesia, so please consider it as a dentist's treatment. The skin to be collected is about 5 mm, and after a month it has become so familiar that you can't even tell where it was taken.
Q: How long does it take to take effect?
A: There are large individual differences in the effectiveness of stem cell therapy, but please consider 3 to 6 months as a guideline.
