What is the inspection date?Specimen collection date, and the calculation will start from that day, so please do not make a mistake. If you take the test (specimen collection) on December 1st, your flight must not be later than December 3rd (all day). Conversely, if your flight is on December 3rd, December 1st (all day) will be the earliest sample collection timing.
2. How to apply and receive a health code
(1) Passengers of Chinese nationality
For Chinese nationals, after obtaining a double-negative certificate, immediately open the WeChat mini-program (WeChat Small Procedure) or online version of the "Epidemic Prevention Health Code International Version", select the double-examination institution, enter the health condition, etc. Please upload the double negative proof at the end. After confirmation by the Chinese embassy/consulate general in Japan, you can obtain a green health code with the “HS” mark.
(2) Passengers of foreign nationality
If you are a foreign national, immediately after obtaining a double negative certificate, visit the site (https://hrhk.cs.mfa.gov.cn/H5/) or use the QR code below to register for an account, select the double-examination institution where you had a checkup, enter your health status, etc., and finally upload the double-negative certificate. After confirmation by the Chinese embassy/consulate general in Japan, you can obtain a green health code with the “HDC” mark.
3. Precautions
(1) Narita Airport PCR Center from December 1stDeparture from JapanWe will start two inspection services, a PCR test and a serum IgM antibody test, for passengers who want to. Please note that the center cannot be used before December 1st. If you want to use the center, please be sure to make a reservation at least 2 days in advance on the center's official website or by phone. At that time, do not forget to tell the center that you need a double-negative certificate in the format specified by the Chinese Embassy / Consulate General.
(2) In order to reduce the risk of infection during travel, in principle, embassies and consulates in Japan do not give health codes to passengers departing from Japan and traveling to China via a third country (region). Please use a direct flight to visit China.
(3) At present, airports in Japan do not have PCR testing or antibody testing services for transit passengers. Therefore, please note that it is not possible to transit or transit in Japan with China as the final destination. You are responsible for any troubles that may occur during transit or transit (stuck in the airport, repatriation, etc.).
(4) The Embassy/Consulate-General of Japan in Japan will request passengers to enter personal information based on facts and report PCR tests and antibody tests that are valid based on facts. If you intentionally hide your medical condition or make a false test report, you will be held legally responsible. Please do not go out as much as possible after the examination.
(5) It takes a certain amount of time for the embassy/consulate to check your health code, so please upload your double-negative proof by 8:00 p.m. Passengers on flights before December 1st must bring the original and photocopy of the double-negative certificate to board. You do not need to apply for a health code. We ask for your cooperation in speedy checks by embassies and consulates.
(6) When boarding, it is recommended to carry the original of the double negative proof with you.
