WHAT IS STEM CELLS?
[What are skin stem cells? ]
We all have cells in our bodies that have the ability to regenerate and replenish lost cells in order to maintain tissues like skin and blood, where each cell has a short lifespan and is constantly being replaced. These cells with such abilities are called "stem cells." Two abilities are essential for a cell to be called a stem cell: one is the ability to create various cells that make up our body, such as skin cells, red blood cells, and platelets(differentiation ability), and the other is the ability to divide into cells that have exactly the same abilities as itself (self-renewal ability).
Stem cells are divided into two types. One is stem cells, which continue to replace lost cells in certain tissues and organs, such as skin and blood. This type of stem cell is called a “tissue stem cell”. Tissue stem cells do not become anything, but their role is determined, for example, hematopoietic stem cells that create blood are cells of the blood system, and neural stem cells that create the nervous system are only cells of the nervous system. The other is "Pluripotent Stem Cells", like ES cells (Embryonic Stem Cells), which can produce any kind of cells in our body. In other words, pluripotent stem cells can also produce various tissue stem cells in our bodies.
iPS cells (induced pluripotent stem cells) are "pluripotent stem cells" artificially created from normal cells.
Research on a new treatment method called "regenerative medicine" that uses the properties of "stem cells" to treat injuries and illnesses using the cells themselves as medicine,
Research is progressing to examine the mechanism of disease by reproducing the state of cells in the body outside the body.
ABOUT PREVENTION OF KNEE PAIN
About prevention of aging skin
Autologous adipose-derived mesenchymal stem cell treatment for prevention of aging skin
for anti-aging skin
are cells with superior capabilities that play a role in replacing old cells and replenishing lost cells with new ones. As skin ages, it loses its baby-like texture, but baby cells remain even as we age. These are stem cells. Stem cells have the effect of regenerating new skin and revitalizing your own skin.
Cell injection into the skin is optimal.
To maintain facial youthfulness, the dermis, the foundation of the skin, is of utmost importance. The main components of the dermis are "fibroblasts" and their origin, "mesenchymal stem cells." Injecting these creates the main components of the dermis, such as collagen, elastin, and hyaluronic acid.
If the dermis is old and has tissue damage, stem cells will home in (gather at the damaged tissue) to produce collagen and repair the damage.
FLOW
Treatment flow
Our hospital is equipped with an environment that allows us to provide medical care to overseas patients.
We can assist patients not only in Japanese, but also in Chinese, Vietnamese, English, French, and Mongolian.
Our interpreters are comprised of in-house staff and are capable of facilitating smooth communication between patients and their doctors, regardless of their nationality.
1.Medical appointment
After making an inquiry, our staff will confirm the schedule for your visit and make a reservation. We will notify you when the reservation is complete.
<For foreign nationals residing overseas>
2, counseling
After you fill out the questionnaire that we will give you, the doctor will explain the stem cell treatment. Based on the information you have provided, we will propose a treatment that is suitable for your current health condition.
3. Cell Harvest and Blood Collection
1. It takes about 10 minutes and uses local anesthesia.
2. After collecting cells with a diameter of about 5 mm from the skin behind the ear, blood will also be collected.
3. Sew using safe medical dissolvable thread.
4. After collecting the cells, the nurse will check the wound and give you medicine (painkillers, antibiotics).
*No need to remove stitches.
4、Payment
Our clinic is a free medical treatment.
Counseling is free of charge, but payment will be made at the time of cell collection.
Payment can be made by credit card (JCB not accepted), UnionPay, wechat pay, Alipay, Line Pay, and overseas transfer.
5. Cell culture
We will start culturing stem cells and exosomes in our own lab. The culture period is about 4 weeks.
Please refrain from changing or canceling the administration date as we will start cell culture in the best condition according to the customer's administration date.
Regenerative medicine clinic with in-hospital CPC
Currently, many regenerative medicine clinics obtain cultured cells by “outsourcing cell culture work” or “purchasing from outside”. However, at our hospital, we have set up an in-hospital CPC, and the collection, storage, culture, and testing are all performed in the same laboratory, and everything is centrally managed using barcodes. We also have GMP lab and ISO9001 certification.
Proprietary medium recipe
Medium is the most important factor in quality cell culture. At our hospital, we use “Helene Medium,” a proprietary medium for mesenchymal stem cells developed in our laboratory. Experimental results show that the growth curve and growth rate of the same medium are stable and several thousand times faster than commercial media, regardless of the presence or absence of serum [1] ISCT (the International Society for Cellular Therapy, [2] It is open to the public at overseas conferences such as the Cambridge International Stem Cell Symposium.

Third-party cell quality certification
We outsource tests similar to those performed by Takara Bio Co., Ltd., and provide cells to patients after conducting the same tests in our laboratory. As a result of verifying the quality of stem cells impartially provided to patients by a third-party inspection company, what we provide is proven to be genuine mesenchymal stem cells. Our cells are not infected by the culture process and do not become cancerous. It also has the differentiation ability unique to stem cells. These test certificates are also attached to the patient who is actually administered.
(1)Third-party certification that the cells are stem cells
6. Face injection
Face cleansing→Put anesthetic tape on the face and apply anesthetic cream (wait 20~30 minutes)→Face injection based on patient's request→Cool with ice→Apply anti-inflammatory and sun cream
6. Injection
Prick the dosing needle (24G)
*Our hospital uses the U225 device (the latest high-quality injector developed for intradermal injection made in France), which mechanically injects a certain amount of drug solution to a certain depth. It is possible to continue
Treatment risks and side effects
* Hearing loss, dizziness, tinnitus, renal disorder, hypoglycemia, infection, other (anaphylactic reaction <cold sweat, nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain, dyspnea, decreased blood pressure>, pain at the puncture site, internal bleeding, neuropathy)
7. Completion of treatment
Before you go home, the staff will tell you what to do after treatment. You can go home (return home) from the same day. Considering the effects of medicines and postoperative pain, please refrain from coming to the hospital by car or motorcycle to prevent danger.
If you have any concerns after returning home, please feel free to contact us. Our staff and doctors will get back to you as soon as possible.
If you would like to consult with us before coming to the clinic,
please contact us via "Email Consultation".
